The Problem:
Using tablets and computers resulted in a loss of productivity as technicians must continuously look down at screens and only have one hand available to perform tasks.
The Solution:
Users may simulate 3D touch gesture commands with voice in order to manipulate and rotate machinery to view specs.
Application is run fully handsfree with voice commanded navigation allowing users to see information while performing tasks with both hands, increasing productivity.
ZOOM Remote Expert Connection
The Problem:
Zoom application was not readily available to allow conversations between designer and assembly person.
The Solution:
Designer may see the device screen of assembly person, as well as their camera, that speeds up remote assistance and ensures proper diagrams and assets are provided to assembly person.
